You wrote "It's been 4 years since I saw her." Anyway, in Japanese we usually say "It's been 4 years since we met before" 前に会った時から、４年になります。
Kingの大学に運転して、 In Japanese we don't say "drive to (somewhere)." We say "drive and go to (somewhere)." So this sentence should be Kingの大学に運転して行って、
店を行きました。should be 店に行きました。
苺のチーズケーキのアイスクリームがいました。 should be 苺のチーズケーキのアイスクリームがありました。 But anyway if you want to say "I have a cake.." as "I ate a cake" or "I bought a cake.." say "ate" or "bought" 苺のチーズケーキのアイスクリームを食べました。or 苺のチーズケーキのアイスクリームを買いました。 are correct sentences.
美味しいでした。 「美味しい」is an i-adjective. When you make the past tense of an i-adjective, you have to omit 'i' then add 'katta.' 美味しかったです。is correct.
