握手して cuz just 握手して means 'shake hands.'

This sentence is not wrong. But 愉快 sounds like cleaver or cunning or looking down on the band. You could just say うれしかったです.

Basically you cannot put a marker right before ます. So this sentence should be just

発表をあります should be
発表をします(they do happyou.)
発表があります(There will be a happyou.)
楽しみにする。
This sentence is not wrong but it would be more natural if you use the continuing action form:
楽しみにしています。(I am looking forward to it.)
